ARIES (March 21-April 19): Issues over power and control are front and center today. You need to democratize decision-making despite your feeling that you need to control everything. Be a leader in a messy situation.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20): You feel the need to negotiate but you may give away more than you get. You must make effective use of appealing to people's feelings. Don't use this against them but for their own best interests.
GEMINI (May 21-June 20): Today, you like to work with people. Teaching is especially attractive. New people, the inexperienced, children, all need pointers and refinement and you can provide that.
CANCER (June 21-July 22): You tend to demand of others what you don't do yourself. There can be serious issues of hypocrisy today. You must be hard on yourself before you berate others.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): Your ability to understand people makes you adaptable but also could make you vulnerable to charges of manipulation. You must try above all to help people understand what they want.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): You are looking for a strong encounter with someone but it may be for a selfish reason. You need to understand where you are simply using people and transform this into a desire to be of service to them.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): This is a great day for romance. A relationship can be taken a step further: from stranger to friend, from friend to lover, from lover to betrothed, from betrothed to spouse.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): You are able to take a responsible position in charge of people today. You treat everyone fairly but firmly. You give second chances and leave open the possibility of reform. You reward those who do well.
