September 30, 2009 -- Do you have these questions circling in your head?

What If I would of only went to school a little longer? What If I stayed with my first love? What If I took a different job?

Stop, now it's time to ask new and challenging questions.

What can I do today to add more value to my life? Am I sure a life coach or mentor would  help me? Do I  need to surrounded myself with better people?

If you are ready for those questions then you are ready for a transformation. The "what if" questions are ones that I hear time and time again. It is the one question that keeps us frozen in time and lets our fear dictate the choices we make.

Fear is a funny word and one that we give way to much credit to.  All fear really means is:

  • False
  • Evidence
  • Appearing
  • Real

You see, when we utter the words "what if", we are really saying is "I can't" or "I won't".  We say that because we create in our minds what will go wrong instead of what will go right.

To start on the path of possibility you must adhere to three steps:

  • Decide – That you will not live in the past of "what if" but rather the opportunity of "I can".
  • Commit – With absolute passion that this is what you want and do not allow anyone to deter you.
  • Resolve -  That the most important thing is you and by taking care of you everything else will line up.

So it is up to you,  what would be the best question to ask yourself right now? What if I try something and I fail at it? Or, I can do anything I want? You decide.

Dave,

You have hit the nail on the head! I'm building what I consider a great business. I share the opportunity as often as possible to enhance other peoples life. Fear is what holds them back most of the time. They take other peoples advice, people whom are not successfull. Your a great coach, people should grab on to your shirt tail.
