Census expected to bring jobs to Utica Rome area

UTICA, February 8, 2010 - The 2010 census will be bringing 1,800 jobs to the Utica Rome area.

With the censuses being mailed in about a month there are still plenty of positions available that pay upwards of $12 per hour.

The jobs offer paid training and mileage reimbursement.

The census is very important when figuring out government funding. Each person counted in the census means $1,500 per year for the next 10 years in funding.
