Clayton man charged after throwing eggs at trailer

CLAYTON, March 12, 2010 -- The New York State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested James M. Mosher, 37, Clayton, for fourth-degree criminal mischief .

On March 11 at approximately 10 p.m. Mosher was observed throwing eggs at a camper trailer owned by Jay D. Bearup, Clayton.
 
Mosher was arrested and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Clayton court on March 16.
