Grand Larceny Arrest by the State Police in Troop T Buffalo

BUFAALO, March 19, 2010 -- The State Police would like to thank the public for the tips that came in response to a larceny at a Denny's on the New York State Thruway -- the subject on surveillance photos was identified and apprehended.

Nicholas J. Balone, 29, of Eden, Balone was arrested and processed on March 18, for fourth-degree grand larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Evans Court on March 29. All the property that was stolen was recovered from the defendant.
