Police: Local man exposed himself

WESTERN, October 31, 2009-- The Oneida County Sheriff's Office arrested a Town of Western man on charges of Public Lewdness, after police say he exposed himself to a driver on Route 49 in the Town of Marcy.

On Friday, the Sheriff's Office executed an arrest warrant on James A Osborne Jr. for Public Lewdness.

Deputies say Osborne was driving on Route 49, when he exposed himself to a female driver earlier this month.

He was arraigned in the Town of Western. Bail was set at $500.00 and Osborne was held at the Oneida County Jail and is to appear at a later date in the Town of Floyd Court.

Yes she will be in trouble because we will take it as far as we can. deframation of charactor is what it's called. How would she feel if the shoe was on the other foot. Not happy I'm sure.

Well I think I have a clue what is going on but just have to prove it. I think I know exactly who is doing this to him and it will all come out in the end. Yeah, she will be in big trouble.

I guess we will wait for the investigation to be completed. If this guy is innocent, the girl falsely reporting the incident should be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible.

Sorry to have taken it in a humorous vein. It is far from funny for Mr. Osborne. I myself wondered how that could be accomplished at about 65mph and how the girl would see it without craning her neck to look down into his lap.

I will be interested to see this one play out in the media. Especially if the girl falsely accused him of the act.

I guess so. If the police would think about it if he is going 65 and they are both in cars and driving....how is that even possible??? I think someone is out to try and get him in trouble. And we will find out who. It's crap he has to go through this though.

i am outraged that my brother is being accused of do such a sick act.my brother DID NOT DO THIS. FOR THE PERSON WHO DID THIS WE AS HIS FAMILY WILL FIND OUT WHO YOU ARE.AND YOU WILL BE DELT WITH LEGALLY.WE WILL NOT STOP TILL WE FIND OUT WHO YOU ARE. WE LOVE YOU BRO AND WE ARE ALL HERE FOR YOU.

My bother did not do this and would never do this. obviously some girl does not like him and therefor is trying to get him in trouble. When we find out who this girl is and prove to everyone that my brother is innocent we will press charges against her for false statements and whatever else we can get her on.

Well I am his sister and he did not do this! It came out of no where! He is being harassed by someone and we (his family) will find out who this girl is! He has NEVER been in trouble in his life and since he didnt do this whoever this girl is thats trying to get him will get in trouble for false statement and can and will go to jail and if I have to hire a private investagator to find out who she is I will! Also when found not guilty we will press charges for everything he had to go through.

Sheesh. Some sick individuals out there. Pretty perverted. It is amazing though. When a woman drives with her top exposed, the message travels by CB radio for 100 miles in each direction, alerting truck drivers, but when a man exposes his little fella, it makes the news. The news could have read, "woman crashes car in fits of laughter, after man exposes himself while driving."
