Local nurse arrested for falsifying business records

While working as a RN at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse on January 8, Dean
placed a false entry into an automated pharmacy dispensing system to unlawfully
obtain an opiate.
Dean was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Syracuse Court on
March 3, 2010.
