REV. DODGE HEADS NEW HARTFORD ROTARY CLUB
NEW HARTFORD, July 25, 2010 -- The Rev. Bill Dodge is the new president of New Hartford Rotary Club. He took over the club's reins this month and will serve in the position for one year.
Rev. Dodge is executive director of the Rescue Mission of Utica and a resident of Sauquoit. He grew up near Binghamton, NY, and attended Baptist Bible College of Pennsylvania and Grand Rapids Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, MI. After four years in pastoral ministry, Rev. Dodge served as the director of Spiritual Life at Mel Trotter Ministries in Grand Rapids for nine years. He also served as the executive director of Exodus Ministries in Grand Rapids, helping former prisoners re-enter the work force. He came to the Rescue Mission of Utica in 2005 and joined the New Hartford Rotary shortly after.
